WHAT IS A MONEY MADNESS WORKSHOP?
You, Spencer, and Anne will examine your personal money madness, one on one. We'll look at the dysfunctional behavior we experience in all areas of our finances—beginning with distorted messages about money that were learned in childhood.
Designed for both individuals and couples, you will begin to identify your “Money Monster”—the habitual, compulsive feeling associated with those childhood messages and fueling the madness today. Using experiential, emotional and physical exercises, you’ll begin to tame the monster and cure the madness, creating space for a whole new way to understand money.
As a couple, you’ll develop a deeper connection with your partner by talking openly about money—and you’ll boost your net worth by working as financial partners, free from money madness.
ABOUT THE VENUES
`
HARBIN HOT SPRINGS
www.harbin.org
One of the oldest and most beautiful hot springs in California, Harbin Hot Springs is now operated as a non-profit retreat and workshop center. We are located north of San Francisco, above the Napa Valley wine region.
Guests travel here from around the world to soak in the natural spring pools, receive massages, sun on the clothing-optional decks, practice yoga, attend workshops, hike the hills, or to simply relax in the embrace of nature.
Heart Consciousness Church owns and operates Harbin Hot Springs. It is not a church in the traditional sense of buildings, structure and congregation. It is an embodiment and a manifestation of the New Age – that common thread uniting the human potential movement, the holistic, natural movement and universal spirituality.

ESALEN
www.esalen.org
The Esalen Institute was founded in 1962 as an alternative educational center devoted to the exploration of what Aldous Huxley called the "human potential," the world of unrealized human capacities that lies beyond the imagination. Esalen soon became known for its blend of East/West philosophies, its experiential/didactic workshops, the steady influx of philosophers, psychologists, artists, and religious thinkers, and its breathtaking grounds blessed with natural hot springs. Once home to a Native American tribe known as the Essalen, Esalen is situated on 27 acres of spectacular Big Sur coastline with the Santa Lucia Mountains rising sharply behind.

KRIPALU
www.kripalu.org
Kripalu was formed in 1966 to promote yoga and uplift the physical, mental, and spiritual well-being of individuals. For more than 40 years, Kripalu has remained a place where people come together to deeply inquire into the core issues of life, explore new and healthier ways of being, and put inspiration into practice.
Kripalu’s vision is to build a new kind of educational institution, one dedicated to the inquiry of what creates a fulfilled human life. From our point of view, human fulfillment is the critical challenge of our time and the answer to many of our societal problems. The only way we can address the complexity of our personal lives and society as a whole is for more of us to explore, understand, and experience what it means to live an integrated life in which we feel fully alive, connected to others, and committed to fostering the welfare of the whole. We call this exploring the yoga of life.
