How can we thrive in stressful economic times?

When we identify, understand, and heal our
emotions around money, we can experience true financial ease, joy, and prosperity, regardless of the economic climate. In The Cure for Money Madness: Finding Financial Freedom, we examine our personal money madness—the dysfunctional, unproductive behavior we experience in all areas of our finances. Whether it’s overspending, lying to our spouses, undercharging for our services, panicking and selling at the bottom of the market, these behaviors begin with distorted cultural and family messages about money that we learned in childhood. We identify our “Money Monster”—the habitual, compulsive feeling (usually fear) that is associated with those childhood messages and which fuels the madness today. By probing the roots of money madness and exploring new possibilities for living money madness-free, we transform all aspects of our money lives, including communicating about money, earning, investing, saving, giving, and spending.

Participants will leave the workshop with:

A clear understanding of the powerful forces that have shaped their financial life

A real sense of security and confidence about their future and their ability to reach their most important financial goals

Improved financial relationships with their life partner, parents, children, and colleagues

Tools and strategies to transform their spending, saving, investing, giving, and earning habit.

Ongoing support from fellow participants

“A day well-spent! Spencer and Anne’s workshop is an opportunity to go deeply into our specific money patterns and blocks, name them, and come up with resolutions that help us create a new money life. Be prepared to be surprised by your money beliefs.”

Designed specifically for couples, this workshop takes on our last cultural taboo—money—and teaches you and your partner how to use money as an intimacy-enhancing tool. You will begin by examining your personal money madness, then work to understand your partner’s. You will explore how your two “madnesses” work in tandem across all aspects of your relationship, from paying bills to physical intimacy.

As a couple, you’ll develop a deeper bond by talking openly about your money stories, goals, habits, hopes, fears and dreams—and you’ll boost your net worth by working as financial partners, free from money madness. Expect to create a new level of connection with physical, experiential, psychological and spiritual exercises that are fun, profound and powerful. Past couples have reported feeling more in love than ever after the workshop, and report still feeling the benefits of the workshop years later.

This workshop is for couples of any and every wealth level and all levels of financial expertise.

No dates scheduled at this time. If you would like to discuss booking this workshop, please send us an email.
